By subscribing to Mesocially's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Mesocially provides social media marketing services including Instagram engagement promotion. Our services are delivered through legitimate engagement networks and comply with Instagram's terms of service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your account. You must not provide false information or violate Instagram's terms of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mesocially shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.
